The "theory of change" is to occupy the White House and Executive Branch for one year in 02029 and then gracefully resign and step down for the most popular alternative Presidential candidate from a traditional party (the national popular vote winner of the Democratic or Republican Presidential Nominees, or another emerging third-party) to serve out the remainder of the term.
